Marsha A. McCoy

Marsha A. McCoy is a commercial lawyer in her fourth year of practice. She received her Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in Public Relations from the University of North Florida, and her Juris Doctorate, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where she also received the “Book Award” in Contract Law.

Ms. McCoy joined the firm as an associate in 2007, concentrating her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor’s rights and litigation.

Ms. McCoy is admitted to practice before all Florida Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Ms. McCoy is a member of The Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association. Her practice areas include bankruptcy litigation, business/commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.
